NWC relay client should reply to AUTH challenge

My zapper enforces an authenticated relay connection, as it's connected directly to my node. It seems zap.stream is not responding the AUTH challenge, which results in a close connection after 10 seconds. I'm running ligess.

I believe it should be doing this already? I remember adding support for this in snort libs and zap.stream is using them
