New web archive

With new web UI, should be a new webarchive. Some features:

• Only load latest 10 results or so by default
• Don't store actual data in database, store a shortcut to get the data from data stored on disk?
• Shortcut to "analyse this" in the web analyser
• Filters (dates, users - for admin, etc.)
• Enable export to various formats, from raw data, instead of storing various formats in archive (as now)
