non-protein ligand analysis

Hi,

Is there a possibility to perform the analyses for non-protein ligands alone, for example filtering your database prior to performing the analyses? Right now, the results are a mix of protein and non-protein ligands but I would like to obtain some results for non-protein ligands alone. I could not immediately find annotations in your database pointing towards which ligands are non-protein. Happy to hear any suggestions you might have.
