The number of PPI and non-PPI interactions

Hi,

Thank you for developing the great tool with the L-R database.

I’ve run into a small inconsistency between the interaction counts reported in the paper and those in the interaction_input.csv file:

"CellPhoneDB v5 repository has 2,911 manually curated interactions, of which 1,882 are mediated exclusively by proteins and 1,029 are mediated by nonprotein ligands."

While the number of total interactions are still 2,911, the PPI and non-PPI interactions are 1,878 and 1,033 in the "interaction_input.csv". I found 4 PPI interactions below might be mislabeled as non-PPI interactions:

• hCGB1_complex -> P22888
• hCGB2_complex -> P22888
• hCGB3_complex -> P22888
• hCGB7_complex -> P22888

Could you please double-check those labels? Thanks for your time!
