When session expires "sign in with" is shown multiple times

Every time a session expires and the browser tab is open in the background, multiple sign in with options appear.

Steps to reproduce

1. Let session expire in backend

1.0.9

I can't seem to replicate that, sorry. I've got a couple of browser tabs open and am emptying the sessions database table to speed up the session-expiration, but there's always just the single login. There is a mechanism to check if it's been rendered before to protect against this though...
