We are using Shortbread-Tilemaker with a custom config to generate PMTiles for our new OSM-Swiss-style
We've encountered the following problem using Tilemaker; somehow "tram"(metro)-tracks are very wobbly at some points in the tiles even without being simplified.

We think that we've ruled out all the config side fixed we could think of and therefore figured this was caused by an actual problem in the Code itself.
