Downward G-mode setup, ice moonfalls

Of the three types of downward setups, the ice moonfalls are not complete. The only example in logic currently is Parlor.

Rooms which it may be possible:

• Red Pirate Shaft
• Warehouse Kihunter Room
• Botwoon Hallway
• Main Street
• Everest (left)
• Metroid Room 4

I think these are probably harder than the wall ice clip method, so it's not worth including if there is a wall ice clip method, however, this method doesn't depend on collision oscillation, so it may be worth including both. If so, here are the rooms it may also be useful:

• Crateria Kihunter Room
• Post Croc Shaft
• Attic
• WS Main Shaft
