Add guidance RE Wayland vs X11

Newer versions of Raspberry Pi OS may be using Wayland instead of X11 by default.  May need to add guidance to https://github.com/vicariousdrama/nodeyez/blob/main/_install_steps/2displayscreen.md#raspberry-pi-config-program
