Where is mouse settings?

I using theShell 7.1.1 on Ubuntu 18.04.3.
When I want to reverse scroll direction, I can not find the mouse and touch pad settings.
Is there anyway to setting mouse and touch pad?

Hi, mouse settings are coming in the next version of theShell (probably theShell 9.0). Unfortunately I won't be able to build that for Ubuntu 18.04 but when Ubuntu 20.04 comes out I'll look into putting packages for it up :)
