Significance of values of categorical variable "Category"

What does each letter in "Category" field signify in ad_org_train.csv ?
Does a value "F" here also means a missing value or is it a valid category?

In category there is no missing value and each letter means different category on youtube like music, education etc..

But there are 'F' values in other columns too.
Does that signify missing value?
Also are we supposed to drop the 'published' column or not?
