Switch hypernom.com to HTTPS

This mainly requires one step:

1. Change the set of A records values for `hypernom.com` to the [current IPs](https://help.github.com/articles/setting-up-an-apex-domain/#configuring-a-records-with-your-dns-provider), which support HTTPS:
  - `185.199.108.153`
  - `185.199.109.153`
  - `185.199.110.153`
  - `185.199.111.153`

Optional: also [enforce HTTPS](https://help.github.com/articles/securing-your-github-pages-site-with-https/#enforcing-https-for-your-github-pages-site).
