Problems with 3D view of the velocity model

When adding coordinates to the tomography model, the survey coordinates are correct but the 3D velocity model returns wrong Y coordinates. I've checked the coordinate file and can't find what could be the problem.
I attach here an image, note that maximum Y coordinate in the survey coodinates plot is 4692214, while maximum Y coordinate in the 3D model is 4692655 (441 m more).
