Issue Apppasswords?

It seems the apppassword with Google isn't working. The popup keeps coming back. When I disable 2-step authentication I'm able to login. Reinstalling and cleaning user prefs doesn't solve the issue.

Windows Server 2012R2 and Windows 10 (1703).
