[Suggestion] Choose more human-readable names and labels for SED-ML objects

E.g.,

• compartment_Simulation1_plot --> "Compartment Simulation 1"
• dataGen_tsk_0_0_Sion_Extracellular --> Sion Extracellular

Curves in particular have odd names that relate to their y data generators. I recommend a name such as "{y-variable-name} vs {x-variable-name}".

Names can be more human-readable because they don't need to be unique. Labels should only be unique within a report.
