VCell has a complex system to manage what solvers are used for both local and remote use. With new FV-Solver and ODE-solver updates, and both working across all our standard operating systems, the time has come to update VCell!

Features include:

  • Fixes for memory issues in both FV-solver and ODE-solver
  • Speed up to smoldyn when large, "detailed" models are provided
