How to internationalize this? #7

Nice extension. I can see this being useful to me in many articles I read. However, I know and read more than one language, and this would be just as useful for those other languages.

How would that fit in? If it has a lot of languages it might load too many regexes and in the end become slow. A method could be to have several modes (checkbox languages you want it to check on each site), so by default only [x] English is added, but there are some open checkboxes for other languages that are supported. That way the extra weight is negligible and there's no chance of random false positives for strange languages.

Another method would be to just fork the extension into citation-needed-<language_code> for each language.

I bet there's other ways too. What are your thoughts?
