Setup Improvement - AGENTS.md

In the Getting Started section of README.md, the docs should include a step to create/edit either AGENTS.md or SKILLS.md with the appropriate info to loop in Deft.

This is stated earlier, but it would be good to have that called it explicitly in the docs to avoid new users missing that step.

If you want to go super helpful, include in deft/run project questions to the user to setup or add lines to those files so it's just part of setting up a project
