UI erroneously labels ITL as TPOT

Describe the bug
Graphs in the benchmark UI show TPOT in places which are actually showing ITL.

Expected behavior
All graphs that are labeled with "TPOT" should instead be labeled with "ITL".

Fix here: #288
Opted to switch the data from ITL to TPOT since it is the simplest fix and then we don't have to use ITL when we've always had TPOT in the UI. If ITL is preferred though I can make that change
