Update/extend name lookup lists

It would be nice to update the lists of first names and surnames with current data, as the existing lists were compiled 5-6 years ago. Perhaps there are new/better lists available.

Made a start in #120, with data from voor- and achternamenbank. Surnames was doable, but first names contained many, many false positives. For now extended with a few thousand names, but improvements still definitely possible. Send me a message if you want the full list with counts.
