Different Pitch Control / Vibrato controls

Maybe i'm just a little lazy, or slow, but trying to create a growl using any voicebank (Teto English, Female Ruko, Aeris English VCCV), is impossible and even to get a little vibrato just feels tedious having to get it all even. Im not sure if this uses a plugin or resamp on the PC app, Im still new to all of this, but I notice they have a dedicated vibrato slider sort of thing to control length and density of the waves opposed to having to manually draw them. I'm not sure how that may affect performance of the app, but if anybody could inform my how it could happen or why it can't happen i'd be glad to know.
