Feature: Ability to add Custom phenomizers

Is it possible to add additional Phenomizers?

There are many voice libraries that require their own unique phenomizers. There are two custom phenomizers i use and would like to keep my projects compatible between desktop and mobile versions.

i am using C+V, and EN101 phenomizers which are DLL but the source is available.
