Something regarding Expressions

So. When I try to use Expressions, it just doesn't open. Do I also have to do something else before using Expressions? Or is it because it's just a bug/my devices don't support it? Please reply if you know the solution, thanks.

ran into a bigger issue.
HOW DO I PROPERLY USE THEM????
I TRIED WORKING WITH IT BUT I DIDN'T HEAR ANY CHANGES IN THE VOICE

I'm pretty sure half of them aren't working (At least on the voicebanks I used so far...), so far the ones I remember to have managed to get working is BREC, PITD, VOIC, GENC, VEL, VOL, DYN, mod+, and dir. Maybe atk and dec work as well but I've never seen results.
