Create provider to return `machine-id` and `appMode` values

Maybe getMachineInfo() returns { id: 7, mode: 'mark+print' }

Or…{ id: 7, mark: true, print: false }

AppSetupErrors.test.tsx returns three of the following errors which are calls to /machine-id.
