* Added conditional based on puppet3/puppet4 to repo * Fixture left as 2.4.1 version of apt which currently works with puppet3/4/5 * Updating fixture to newer module version will pass all tests but 3 tests as expected since apt > 2.x no longer supports Puppet 3

version_requirementhas now allowed newer versions to be used.Current testing is with legacy
2.4.1version of the module until @razorsedge decides to deprecate Puppet 3 support.When fixture is updated to
apt > 2.xall Puppet 3 tests will fail as expected.
