Unrecognized file type

I am trying to Add a source .csv and get 'Unrecognized file type'.
Columns example:

User_ID,Operation_ID,UTC_Time,Account,Operation,Coin,Amount,Remark
<>,<>,2023-12-26 10:02:13,Spot,Deposit,OPUSDCE,<>,
