Add configfile

At the moment the most parameters are hardcoded.

• Implement a configfile
• Read port from configfile
• Read host from configfile
• Read available background file from configfiles
• Read positions on each file form configfile
• Read fontstyle from configfile
• Read fontsize and maxwidth from configfile
