Metadata ingest to VU Research Portal (PURE)

On the publishing page it says "The metadata will automatically be registered on the VU Research Portal after some time." but my understanding was that that isn't yet in place. If that's what you mean by "after some time" then it should be reworded because it seems to suggest that a little while after you publish your metadata it will be registered on PURE. Something clearer until the auto-registration is in place would be "In the future, metadata will be automatically registered on the VU Research Portal; this function is not currently available".

I thought the idea is that the UB will scrape this information from DataCite, so it is not really a Yoda function. Edit. Or are you thinking about unpublished datasets which would be? What about "In future, Yoda metadata will be automatically registered on the VU Research Portal." ?

Oh yeah, I meant the first option. That the UB will eventually scrape the info and import it into PURE. It's just that this isn't happening yet because it's not yet possible. I think your suggestion is perfect (but I'd word it as "In the future" ;) )! The main point is that I was concerned researchers would read what's there and think "great, now I can just publish my metadata in YODA and not worry about PURE", but that's not yet the case. For now they need to also do the PURE registration.
