Waiting error during upload, can't open file again

I'm loving this package, it's just what i've been searching for. With this package Atom becomes an alternative to my Aptana and supports ftps connections.
**I've been getting this error when saving some files, sometimes the file gets stuck in waiting state and I cannot open it again and in some cases deletes part of the file.**
