Cannot access servers

Anytime I try to open ftp-remote-edit-plus, it tells me to "enter password only for this session:" and even though I have tried every password I can think of, it still does not work.

hello, first time you run the package it asks you to set up a password (it's a small modal where you have to write the password twice); afterwards, every time you run the package you're ask to enter that password.
So the questions are:

1. did the package ask you to set up the password?
2. if so, which password did you input?

I set up a password and I have entered that password several times but it still fails to acknowledge the password

at this point I suggest you to reset the password:

• go to settings/preferences (CTRL + ,)
• click on "Packages"
• find/search "ftp-remote-edit-plus"
• click "settings" button
• delete the "Encrypted Password" field
• restart Atom
• toggle ftp-remote-edit-plus package
• it should ask you to set the password
• restart Atom
• it should ask you the password, enter the new one

Hey, I know it's been a while but here is an update on my problem. After I went to the settings page for "ftp-remote-edit-plus", the encryption field was already empty.

I'm puzzled, it should ask you to enter and confirm password at start-up. Unfortunately I am not an expert in Atom core or node.js development, as stated in the README I just cloned and hacked the original package to add the folder concept so I am not able to help you, I am really sorry
