Feature: create sh scripts to dockerize the web app

[vwalsh]

• must accept a volume that points to the location of the pentesting tools directory located on kali
• ports and which host to use for the ip should be configureable by flags to the script
• docker should use a nodejs image and npm install on startup
• update readme to indicate how to start the dockerized version vs running the code directly
