Feature: Add List Editor

A list editor will allow a user to specify a list of items. These can then be used to create an array of items, or a file with each item being on one line, etc. A lot of possibilities

• add list creation in the Loot Editor so that loot can be added that's all related (such as all the IPv4 addresses of the pentest)
• add list editor component for Config Input
• update the command text to determine the type of replacement value before attempting to replace it (eg, test if string or array type)
