Describe the issue
I sometimes wonder "what is this person doing/have they done at the W3C?", and I don't think there's an easy way to discover that.
To reproduce
https://duckduckgo.com/?k1=-1&ko=-2&q=site%3Awww.w3.org+jeffrey+yasskin&ia=web for example, doesn't find a concise list. https://www.w3.org/users/72192/ isn't publicly visible or discoverable.
Expected behavior
I'd appreciate a page like https://datatracker.ietf.org/person/Jeffrey%20Yasskin or https://datatracker.ietf.org/person/mt@lowentropy.net. Making most of the pages like https://www.w3.org/users/72192/ public would be a good start, but a list of documents we've edited would also be helpful.
