Recommend remove doctrine/annotations

Composer install on w3c-website-frontend notes:

[development] Package doctrine/annotations is abandoned, you should avoid using it. No replacement was suggested.

I don't believe this package is used, I cannot find any references to it. Is it OK to remove this?
