It looks like [service.pp](https://github.com/walkamongus/centrify/blob/master/manifests/service.pp#L23) doesn't change the license type if use_express_license is changed from true to false. I'd expect the client to change from express to licensed when this setting is disabled. Possibly also adding support for the licensetype.
