Description

An error message appears when trying to process a payment with a promo code. The message displayed is:

"We have received your order, but we were not able to process your payment, please change the payment method or try again."

This issue prevents users from completing the payment with a valid promo code. The payment fails, and users are unable to finalize their order.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add items to the cart to shopware6 local shop (tested with 6.1.9)
  2. Apply a valid promo code at checkout.
  3. Proceed to the payment page and select any payment method.
  4. Attempt to process the payment.
