The file is located under Common/lua-5.0/lib/Luac.exe, not to be confused with Lua.exe (which is a legitimate binary). Windows Defender flags Luac.exe as a trojan:

Not sure if this is a false positive or not, but I'd run a scan on the download before executing anything.
