make as dll

using visual studio 2019 i'm make project as dll. when running dll repeat
connect_again:
  while (tor.get_hop_count() < hops)
  {
    //
    // first hop.
    //
    if (tor.get_hop_count() == 0)
tested windows 10. exe build works fine. Please, help me make dll
