Does not detect package_control_channel is open on linux

I get the following error when running any of the ChanelRepositoryTools: Test... pallet commands.

error: ChannelRepositoryTools

Please open the package_control_channel folder. It can be obtained by forking and then cloning your fork of https://github.com/wbond/package_control_channel.

package_control_channel is the only folder I have open currently in sublime:

I am running ST4 build 4200.

Anyway, hope this helps.

ChannelRepositoryTools have been broken via sublimehq/package_control_channel#9186 due to easier maintenance and usage across multiple repositories. I personally have no interest in maintaining or backporting the test files for this ST3-compatible package.
