Add all files for your site to the repository

You need to make sure all of your required files included by reference (e.g. the css/mapPage.css file referenced on line 5 of your DD1 file) are included in your repository in the correct locations relative to the HTML page that references them. You haven't added the css directory or its contents to the repository so the relative reference you are using doesn't work. Make sure that you also include any other directories and files (e.g. any js or other directory that might contain javascript files.
