Nanoplot does not export jpg images correctly

nanoplot -t 2 --fastq barcode06.fastq --loglength --plots kde -f jpg --dpi 300

the HTML files turn out fine, but the generated JPG don't include the data,

Were all figures like that, or just this one?

Yes all the figures were like that

The file is created automatically in the output folder. Do you also have such empty images when you do not specify the format and the dpi?
