Add plugin to WordPress Plugin Directory

Can this plugin be added to the WordPress.org Plugin Directory? That would make both installation and keeping it up-to-date much simpler. The only reason I can think of that this wouldn't be feasible is if the plugin's license is not compatible with GPLv2. If it is compatible, this would be a much-welcomed addition.

That would be great, especially to have it on http://wpackagist.org/ , so we could manage the plugin with composer...
