• Python Interface Overhaul

  This milestone (the first GitHub milestone) has a few goals: * Add support for Python 3 for Weld's core Python API, as well as Grizzly, Baloo, and NumPy * Deprecate Python 2.x support * Clean up Python code (e.g., flake8 for style enforcement) * Add documentation * Tests (Unit tests + doc tests)
