Lite version!

Ello! I am back and with a "lite" version, as 200 PEOPLE viewed the repository ill just make a professional version, or "lite" for lightweight. Some features down below:

• Its actually stable (lol)
• Logs
• custom configs
• doesn't delete the server every time (eg, more configurability)
• 64Bit
• Support for more versions beyond just 1.18

I just had a realization that lite is everything I wanted to add, so I'm gonna stop working on the beta branch and add plugins to lite then call it a day
