Droplet detection feature does not function even when enabled.

Description

• ROI is selected and droplet detection is enabled in the interface.
• Detection does not start or produce results.

Expected Behavior

• Droplet detection should run when enabled.
• If prerequisites are missing, the UI should show an error or warning.

Actual Behavior

• No detection output and no error feedback.
