Buttons and LEDs are not working

Hello.

Flashed the device with latest bootloader and firmware with no problems.
It boots but no leds, and none of the buttons are working except RESET and Encoder push.
Encoder works fine.
What can cause the problem ?

I've changed the MCU to another one.
Reflashed it. Didn't help.
Also, I have a leakage of 590ohm from 3.3V to ground through each of the 3.3V regulators.
I've desoldered the regulator and measured between output to GND.
590ohm resistance, too low !!!

Hi Unfortunately no. I've tried to change power regulators, with no luck. I even changed one STM itself, still no luck. Possibly the problem exists in the button decoding matrix. TTL logic.

Have you measured all the power networks? Are they ok?

Are 74HCXXX ok? have you checked them? I think it's one of them.

And can not measure AREF_-10V net now. I see about 2V on it.

So i found my mistake. Because of worong LM4040. Network -10V. May be it helps you too
