BPMs to 2 decimal places?

Hiya, totally new the the Performer but it looks amazing!

Just wondering how easy it would be for me to modify the firmware to allow tempo selection to 2 decimal places?

I know that I can, say, dial in 131.6 BPM and then nudge it up by 0.1%, which would allow a fine tune of tempo. But would it be possible for me to change the firmware so I can just dial in e.g. 131.62 BPM ? This would make it really easy to sync loops that were based on precise tempos that were made in Logic.
