Better filtering in the ingredient search #907
Description
Currently the ingredient search will search for ingredient names in the current app's locale, with an option to also search for names in English. This obviously doesn't work well if the user uses the app in English, travels, etc.
We could add an option in the search to ignore any languages, perhaps a filter icon as an input decoration that opens up a couple of toptions?
