suggestions

Hi

Two suggestions:

1- When I unfold a a job spec and leave it unfolded, and then I unfold another, then the second one is not shown in front of me, I must scroll up to find it.

2- Would be great to have icons to express "I have applied" and "I don't want to apply and I don't want to see it this offer again in my searches", like the (heart/I like) one.
