DualMonitor just one display working

For dual monitors, only the main screen is stereo display, and the secondary screen is black.

I have the same Probleme with Unity 2019.4.18

I test serval parameters changes on physical display script configuration
But i don't understand how to tune it on my secondary display always launch on the primary display

I think the resolution and presentation on player setting have an impact on it
and also the graphic API (i test both Open GL and Direct X )
