Add transformable variables

Hello, I really like your new version of clcl. Could you add a new feature to allow the use of custom variables, such as date and time?

For example, if I enter format: "【%Y-%m-%d】", the output would show 2026-01-21, etc.

for example : %yyyy-%MM-%dd %HH:%mm:%ss , windows system %Clipboard ,etc.

I'd happily integrate Simplified Chinese in the rc-files, but I do not know Chinese and need a translator. I translated the English resources to my native language German with the help of copilot, but of course I had to do a little correction here and there.

If you are able to replace the English strings in these files EnglishResources.zip by Simplified Chinese, I'll include them in the next build.

With regard to the date and time issue:
I guess you are not referring to the expansion of environment variables in tool paths and parameters?
Where do you want those custom variable to be? An additional tool to insert formatted date / time at the cursor potion of the current edit window?

With regard to the date and time issue:

Can I add a few variables to [New ITem][TEXT]? I have come up with a few variables. How can I add them to make the software more user-friendly.

%Clipboard% = Text portion in the system clipboard

for example:
I want to quickly reply or quickly record, so I will set up an item, and write inside like this:
Hello, dear %Clipboard%, I have received your message at %yyyy%-%MM%-%dd% %HH%:%mm%:%ss%. I will handle the relevant information.

Before quickly inputting the above message using shortcut keys, I will copy the person's name to the Clipboard.

Hello Helius,
it took me quite some time to integrate your translation into the program. Although I can now switch to Chinese in the Options I'm afraid that the chinese letters (Is that the correct expression?) are far too small to be read. I can easily increase the font size to 10, 12, or even more but that increases not only the size of the letters but blows up the whole dialogues including the empty grey areas.
Probably a different font is needed, but which? Possibly also a tuning of the dialogue layout.
Nevertheless I released a new beta including your translation and attach here the resources as they are included in that beta, in case you want to edit something.

The transformable variables issue is a little tricky. I do not want to replace variables in clcl itself, because it should be possible to copy and paste variable names literally without expanding them.
But I consider your idea very useful, and think it belongs in a plugin. Already started to add it in the tool_clip dll, but there is still some work to be done.

just published Release 2.1.5 beta 3 with your latest translation. Thanks for your work.
If there are no more issues in clcl itself, I will concentrate again on clip_tool and on your suggestion on transformable variables.
But please have a little patience, I can only continue with that project in about two weeks from now.
